Most standard HDB painting projects can be completed within one to two days. Larger homes, extensive wall repairs, additional services, or more complex colour changes may require more time. We will confirm the estimated duration before work begins.
Yes. Our painting packages include the required paint and standard painting materials. We mainly use Nippon Paint products, with different paint options available to suit your needs and budget.
Please remove small, valuable, fragile, and personal items before we arrive. Our team can assist with shifting larger furniture where reasonably possible and will protect it before painting begins.
We cover furniture with protective sheets, protect the flooring and apply masking tape to areas such as skirting, switches and edges where required. We take proper precautions to keep your home protected throughout the painting work.
Our standard painting packages include two coats of paint. Additional coats may be recommended for major colour changes, very dark existing colours, or uneven coverage, and any additional cost will be discussed with you beforehand.
Yes. Basic surface preparation includes minor patching and light sanding of defects up to palm size for a smoother finish. Extensive sanding, peeling paint removal, major cracks, plastering, skim coating and damaged walls will be assessed and quoted separately.
Yes. A one-year workmanship warranty is available for painting projects that include oil-based sealer application. The warranty coverage and applicable terms will be explained in your quotation.
Ceiling painting is included in selected whole-home painting packages unless stated otherwise in the quotation. Anti-mould ceiling paint upgrades are also available as an add-on.
We provide painting services for HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes and offices. For larger properties or special requirements, we may arrange a site inspection before preparing the quotation.
Yes. We can share Nippon Paint colour charts and provide practical suggestions based on your space, lighting, and preferred style. The final colour selection will remain subject to your approval.
